Leroy Harris Frame

Leroy Harris Frame, of Aztec, passed away on February 25, 2025. Roy was born February 28, 1935, in Farmington, NM to Raymond and Goldie Harris Frame. He married Rosemary “Peggy” Campbell on August 20, 1954. Roy was employed by the US Department of Interior (USBR) for over 35 years as a Construction Inspector. Following his retirement, he enjoyed ranching at his home and time with his loved ones. He is survived by his wife, Peggy, of 70 years and children Connie (Keith) Forbes of Aledo, TX and Ronald Frame of Aztec, NM along with 4 grandchildren Vanessa Ramsey, Mark Ramsey, Aaron Forbes (Francheska), and Breann Forbes and 2 great-granddaughters (Brinley and Hadley Forbes). He is also survived by his siblings, Lavada Bonnett of Metairie, LA, Betty Harris of Tacoma, WA and Ray Frame of Aztec, NM and multiple nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

Services will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, 10:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 505 North Oliver St., Aztec, New Mexico. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Farmington, New Mexico.
