Roy Don McNiel

Roy Donnie McNiel, 29 of Aztec was called home to our Heavenly Father on April 6th, 2018.
He was born August 8th, 1988 in Farmington to Loretta (Brian) Smith and Roy McNeil.

Donnie was a Graduate of Aztec High School Class of 2007. After High school he went to work doing what he loved, being a mechanic. There wasn't a thing around that Donnie couldn't fix.

Donnie enjoyed spending time with his Family and close friends, fishing, camping and Crusin in the Hills. He especially enjoyed the hunting trips he took with his Brother. Donnie made a friend in everyone he met. He had a passion for life and enjoying each moment.

He found love on December 21st, 2016 when he married Cody Stevenson they made their home in Aztec.

Donnie is Survived by his Husband , Cody Stevenson - McNiel of Aztec , Mother Loretta ( Brian) Smith of Aztec, Father Roy McNiel of Gallup, Sister Veronica ( Jamie)Reynolds of Aztec, Brother Cody ( Bianca) McNiel of Las Cruses, Step Brother Chase McNiel of Gallup, Step Sister's Amanda and Rebekah McNiel of Gallup, Grandmother Lucy Prada of Aztec and Jan McNiel of Albuquerque , Aunt Yolanda (Duane) Bixler of Aztec and his Beloved Niece Kacie Reynolds as well as many other members of his family whom he loved dearly.

He is Preceded in Death by his Grandfather Dale McNeil , and Mentors David Dryer and Judy Parker.
Services for Donnie will take place on Friday, April 13th 2018 at Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home. A Reception will follow at St Joseph's Parish Hall in Aztec at 1:30.
